Tasklane in 30 seconds

Everything an agency needs

Tickets and boards

Epics, stories, tasks and bugs on a drag-and-drop board, a list or a tree. Saved views, watchers, links, acceptance criteria and evidence before Done.

Sprints and backlog

Plan sprints and see reports, forecast, capacity and project health.

Time tracking

Timer or manual entries, billable or internal, with CSV and Excel export ready for invoicing.

Client portal

Clients sign in and see only their projects. Client updates by mail, SLA and retainer per client, GDPR export and deletion.

Inbox and decisions

Drafts, wait points, "needs you" and "your turn" queues, and decisions you can undo.

AI agents under control

Triage, review and drafting agents with a budget per project, cost tracking and a kill switch. Your own AI tools can work with Tasklane too.

Integrations

Commits and deploys show up on the ticket. Slack, ticket export to GitHub or Linear, a feedback widget for client sites and web push.

Security

Admin, project manager, team and client roles. Two-factor sign-in, passkeys, sign-in rules, an audit log and restore of deleted tickets.

Three languages

English, German and Arabic, right to left included.

Real screens, no mock-ups

What's new in 1.3.8

  • Client rights per project: clients withdraw their own early tickets and reopen finished ones with a reason.
  • You decide when a client may change the assignee, and whether clients see time totals or entries.
  • Clients edit every field of their own ticket while it is still early.
  • A confirmation after release, approve or request changes, and a mail that tells the client when it is their turn.
  • Deleting a ticket file writes a line in the history.
